All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD). Little Papeterie reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without notice.


All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payments are processed through Stripe.


We offer free local pick-up from the city if you reside in Canberra to help you save on shipping costs. To choose local pick-up, please select the appropriate option at checkout. Once your order is received, we will contact you via email to arrange a suitable pick-up time


We offer flat rate shipping of $10 within Australia. All shipments are via Australia Post or Sendle and tracking number (where applicable) will be provided once your order is dispatched. To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am – 5pm. Delivery times will depend on the destination.


We ship worldwide. All international shipping is charged based on weight. Please proceed to checkout to see the shipping cost for your order and delivery address.

All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Please allow 7-10 business days for international orders. Certain destinations may take longer.

It is the customer's responsibility to pay any overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed.


"Authority to Leave" means that you are happy for the delivery driver to simply leave the parcel unattended at the delivery address if no one is in attendance when he/she arrives. When you complete your order in the checkout you will be the given option to do so.

Giving authority to leave is convenient where you find yourself unable to be at home and are also unable to come up with an alternative delivery address. However, it is important to consider that we cannot be held responsible for any deliveries where you have given us authority to leave. Unfortunately things can happen to an unattended parcel that are outside of our control - It might be that it is "liberated" / damaged / tampered with by a passerby, or simply left in the sun / rain.


Items that are available for pre-order are listed under Coming Soon. However, please note that all pre-order items have lead times that are outside of our control. Please keep that in mind when placing your order.

In-stock items that are purchased together with pre-order items will not be shipped until everything is in stock. Please checkout the items separately if you would like the in-stock items to be shipped immediately.

Upfront full payment is required for all pre-order items.


All our products have been thoroughly checked and packaged before dispatch to you. Please choose carefully as unless your purchase is faulty, we will not be able to accept an exchange or refund. If the item you have purchased is faulty, we will gladly exchange or refund subject to the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt or other proof of purchase
  • You must email us at prior to returning the item(s) with photos of the fault
  • The returned item(s) must be unused with original tags/labels attached
  • No returns on sale items
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

For a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the item in original condition.


To return a product you should carefully package it up, enclose a completed Return Form with a copy of your receipt attached, affix the correct postage and send it to:
